Australia watches the Tennis every January. The Australian Open is the first Grand Slam ATP event for the calendar year. This is preceded by a number of leadup events around Australia including the Hopman Cup in Perth.
Since 2001, Namadgi Systems has supplied graphics and scoring systems to both Channel Seven and the ABC for televising live tennis throughout the summer. From the Hopman Cup and the smaller tennis events at the start of the month, to the Australian Open at the end, our systems provide enough flexibility to provide tennis coverage ranging from a single operator, to a low maintenance tablet input operation as well as a complete tournament data feed from IBM or IDS.
